Breath of the Wild might rank amongst my favorite games ever, and Tears of the Kingdom is a better Breath of the Wild, but it doesn't feel new and weird and cool in the same way Breath of the Wild did.īut I don't want to sound like I'm down on the game. That's not a slight against the game, but it's a me thing where I appreciate something new (whether it's actually new or my first introduction to it) more than iterations on that thing. I thought it was absolutely incredible, but I don't think I'll be thinking back on this as fondly in five years as I will Breath of the Wild.
All I've wanted to do since release is play this game.
I didn't want to stop playing it, but I sort of wanted my life back. Finally decided to finish the game yesterday, after having played it for 160 hours or something.
